ANGUAYA is a team of two. Because we are independent artists, we do not have the return policy of a large corporation. We do not hold inventory or have many pieces available at any given time, but rather a small handcrafted collection. This principle guides our current policy.

We know you come to ANGUAYA with appreciation for handmade work, carefully curated stones and a love of Modern Indigenous Design.

A purchase with us is an investment in the spirit of independent artistry.

There may be a time when you don’t connect with the piece you ordered, and at that time we kindly ask you give us a quick call at 888-847-4784 to confirm your name, order number, and that you wish to make a return.

When you’ve confirmed your return with us we will walk you through instructions on returning your jewelry. You are welcome to make an exchange, receive store credit, or receive a refund for the amount of the sale, less shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of confirmed receipt of the item. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a new and unused state.

Special Custom Orders

Special Custom Order items and exchanges are Final Sale. This does not include custom chain lengths and ear wire sizes offered in the drop down boxes at check out, but rather a piece you have ordered to be made just for you.

We work with you at every step of a Custom Special Order, sending pictures of stones, offering combining design elements, taking your exact measurements, and sending pictures of the final piece before it is sent out. We feel confident that our communications together will bring you the desired result, and these items are non refundable.

We appreciate your patience as we begin our online incarnation and work out our policies.

We want to create an online presence that reflects the same quality of customer service and care we have given to our customers in person for the past 7 years. In this new digital realm we want to gain knowledge of how our customers experience our online presence, and we appreciate feedback from you.

"Life Policy"

ANGUAYA is not just a business endeavor but a continuation of cultural artistry by two people who want to bring more work, truly created by hand, to the world. This is a direct expression of exchange for value, with artists being able to live by creating something beautiful to be cared for and appreciated, and you to take part in that exchange in a way not often experienced in this day and age, which is in direct support of the artist. Thanks to technology we look forward to reaching new customers and friends, such as we’ve made through our art fair journey these past years.

Your piece has been imbued with much love, skill, thought and effort, and it would literally not exist without your support. Thank you for being our patron of the arts.
